Lockerbie: Libya open to extradition of suspect - minister

Libya's foreign minister has said the country is open to a US request to extradite a suspect in the 1988 bombing of a Pan Am airliner over Lockerbie, Scotland, which killed 270 people.

Najla El-Mangoush told the BBC's Orla Guerin she understood the "pain and sadness of the victims and the families".
