DR Congo President Félix Tshisekedi on COP27, M23, Kagame and PSG

The President of the Democratic Republic of Congo Félix Tshisekedi has described his relationship with Rwanda's Paul Kagame as "cold".

Mr Tshisekedi sat down with the BBC's Victoria Uwonkunda to talk about insecurities in the east of country, M23 and his passion for the football team PSG.
