South Korean town struggles to shake whaling tradition

A major four-yearly conservation conference is taking place in South Korea this month, with a fresh focus on the country's commitment to the whaling ban.

South Korea has faced criticism by the conference for failing to observe the International ban, which was imposed in 1986.

As Lucy Williamson reports there are some areas of South Korea where the ban seems to have never existed.
