North Korea 'on collision course' with South

North Korea appears to be on a "collision course" with other countries which could lead to war, that's according to the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.

His stark warning came after Pyongyang announced it would restart a major nuclear facility, which is capable of producing material for a nuclear weapon.
