North Korea: Ban Ki-moon 'deeply troubled' by crisis

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says North Korea appears to be on a collision course with other countries that could lead to war.

He said the North Korea crisis had already gone too far.

Mr Ban, who is a former South Korean foreign minister, was speaking after North Korea announced that it would re-start the Yongbyon nuclear facility, which it closed six years ago in a disarmament deal

He told a news conference in Andorra that the situation could become dangerous.
