N Korea celebrates on TV despite its bellicose rhetoric

North Korea's increasingly bellicose rhetoric against South Korea and the US has attracted the attention of the world.

But despite the harsh words North television has been in a holiday mood, reporting on a number of forthcoming celebrations.
