Campaigners call for Philippines elephant 'retirement'

The animal welfare group Peta is campaigning to relocate an ageing female elephant from a zoo in Manila to a sanctuary in Thailand as they are concerned over the animal's mental and physical health.

Zookeepers say they have cared for the animal for over three decades and she might not survive the move.
