India submarine blast: Lives lost in Mumbai port

India's defence minister has said there have been deaths on board an Indian submarine that caught fire after an explosion in a Mumbai dockyard.

The blast on the INS Sindhurakshak took place after midnight and fire-fighters spent four hours putting out the fire.
