Tony Abbott: 'Australia under new management'

Tony Abbott has declared that Australia is "under new management" after his Liberal-National coalition swept to power in the country's general election.

Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has conceded defeat, ending six years in power for the Labor party.

In his victory speech, Mr Abbott reaffirmed pledges made in the election campaign.
