Philippines Typhoon Haiyan: 'Storm surge crushed all of these buildings'

Officials are struggling to bring aid to areas of the Philippines worst affected by Typhoon Haiyan, with up to 10,000 people feared dead in Tacloban.

There is no clean water, no electricity and very little food in the city.
