Philippines typhoon: BBC reports from destroyed Cebu
The head of the Red Cross has described the devastation caused by Typhoon Haiyan as "absolute bedlam".
More than nine million people have been affected across the Philippines.
One disaster worker told the BBC that assessments in the far north of Cebu province had shown some towns had suffered "80-90% damage".
The BBC's Alistair Leithead reports from there.
