Afghan Loya Jirga debates US security deal
More than 2,000 Afghan elders are meeting to discuss a security deal that could see up to 15,000 US troops remain in the country after 2014.
The Loya Jirga, or grand assembly, is being held in Kabul where Afghan President Hamid Karzai has presented the option to delegates.
One of the key sticking points has been the circumstances under which US troops could enter Afghan homes as Karen Allen reports.
