South Korea seeks kimchi boost

South Korea is set to take on its neighbours Japan, Thailand and China by exporting its cuisine overseas.

The country's secret weapon is the quintessentially Korean dish of kimchi - a spicy fermented cabbage dish which is often credited with curing everything from the common cold to cancer.

But with changing diets and a rise in imported kimchi, the country's national dish is under threat.
