Australian chimney demolished in controlled explosion

Thousands of people have gathered in the Australian city of Wollongong to watch the demolition of a 200 metre high chimney stack.

The homes of 250 local residents were evacuated to make sure nobody was injured as the structure - part of the Port Kembla copper works - came down in a controlled explosion.
