China's premier addresses National People's Congress

China's premier has been addressing the economy, pollution, and ongoing reforms at a meeting of the National People's Congress in Beijing.

As the congress opened its annual session, Premier Li Keqiang announced a growth target of 7.5% and revealed plans to raise China's defence budget by 12.2%.
