Missing plane: The international race to claim MH370

International search efforts to find flight MH370 are continuing, after it disappeared on 8 March with 239 people on board.

Both China and Australia have released satellite images of potential debris, and reported sightings from aircraft dispatched to the scene.

The BBC's Alastair Leithead looks at the competitive race which has unfolded between countries to claim the missing Malaysia Airlines plane.
