India election: RSS playing critical role in campaign

There is a growing expectation in India that Narendra Modi, the leader of the Hindu nationalist BJP party is on course to become the country's next prime minister.

A powerful Hindu nationalist organisation called the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has been providing crucial campaign support.

But the organisation's motives have been questioned , with some Indians fearing it is trying to impose its beliefs on the whole country.
