Pakistan air strikes in North Waziristan 'kill 60 militants'

A ceasefire between Pakistan's army and the Taliban ended last month and peace in the country is looking increasingly unachievable.

On Wednesday, Pakistan's military said it had killed 60 militants in air strikes in North Waziristan, close to the border with Afghanistan.

It is the deadliest single army raid carried out so far this year.
