India-Pakistan floods: Jammu bridge 'snapped'

Soldiers in Indian-administered Kashmir are building a temporary bridge, after the region's worst floods for 50 years destroyed a number of key crossings.

Hundreds of thousands of people in India and Pakistan have been left stranded as a result of the flooding, which has left at least 280 people dead in both countries.
