Hong Kong protest: CY Leung urges immediate end to action

Leaders of the pro-democracy movement in Hong Kong must call off the current protest immediately, the territory's chief executive has warned.

In a statement, CY Leung said the occupation of streets in several areas would not change China's position.

Tens of thousands of protesters have taken to the streets to oppose China's decision to choose the candidates for Hong Kong's next election in 2017.
