Casualties after grate collapses during South Korea concert

At least 16 people have been killed and 11 injured during a pop concert in Seongnam, south of the capital, Seoul, in South Korea.

Officials say a ventilation grate collapsed after people stood on it to get a better view of the show, in which the popular Korean girl band 4Minute were performing.

The victims fell 10 metres (33ft) down a shaft into an underground parking area.
