New Indonesian President Joko Widodo sworn in

Joko Widodo has been sworn in as the new president of Indonesia, the world's third largest democracy.

He is the first president of the country not to belong to the established military and political elite linked to the former dictator, General Suharto.

The arrival of the former furniture businessman was cheered by tens of thousands of people.
