Myanmar: Has the political reform process stalled?

Four years after her release, Myanmar's opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi says reforms in the country have "stalled" and warned against "over optimism".

With world leaders including US President Obama, India's Prime Minister Modi and his counterpart Japan's Shinzo Abe due to arrive in Myanmar for a regional summit, can they help get the political reform process back on track?
