Why are South Koreans reluctant to adopt children?

In the last 10 years, the South Korean government has made it much harder for foreign couples to adopt.

And there is a taboo here about bringing up other people's children.

All this has meant more and more young children are growing up in orphanages.

Steve Evans reports from Seoul on a move to get more Koreans to adopt.
