Malaysian Airlines flight MH17: Seeking answers six months on

Six months on from the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 over Ukraine, the families of the nearly 300 passengers and crew who died are still waiting for answers.

The incident led to a series of tit-for-tat allegations, with the West blaming pro-Russian separatists for shooting down the jet, while Russia claimed a Ukrainian fighter plane had been responsible.
