TransAsia GE235 crash: Human or mechanical error?

Investigators are trying to establish why a TransAsia Airlines flight crashed into a river in Taiwan on Wednesday.

Officials are trying to work out why both engines were off when the the plane hit the water.

Data from the "black box" suggests the pilots shut down one engine after the other lost power.
