Afghan police overcome Kabul guesthouse gunmen

A battle between police and insurgents who entered a guesthouse in central Kabul has ended with the death of four attackers, the Afghan interior ministry says.

No civilian or military casualties have been reported.

The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the overnight attack in the diplomatic district of Wazir Akbar Khan.
