Taiwan election: Women battle to become president

Taiwan will see its first all-female presidential contest, after the governing Kuomintang party chooses Hung Hsui-chu to be its candidate for January's election.

She is expected to face a tough challenge from Tsai Ing-wen of the Democratic Progressive Party.

Relations with mainland China are likely to be a major campaign issue.

Cindy Sui reports from Taipei.
