Myanmar 'failing' hidden flood victims

Large parts of Myanmar, also know as Burma, are still cut off by massive floods and fears are growing for people in isolated communities.

Four regions have been declared disaster zones after more than a week of heavy rain.

The government has been criticised for failing to prepare properly.
