South Korea visit to North Korea 'significant'

The widow of the former South Korean president Kim Dae-jung is making a rare visit to North Korea, raising cautious hopes of a thaw in tensions between the two countries.

The South Korean government says 93-year-old Lee Hee-Ho's visit to Pyongyang is purely personal and she is not carrying an official message.
