Phone footage shows moment of Bangkok blast

Mobile phone footage has captured the moment a bomb exploded in Bangkok, at the site of a popular Hindu shrine.

The film was shot by a Chinese tourist and given to a Chinese-language news outlet in Bangkok, MGTV.

At least 21 people were killed in the blast and more than 120 injured.

The Erawan Shrine is a major tourist attraction and foreigners are among the casualties.

It is not yet known who was behind the attack.
