Bangkok blasts: Shrine reopening 'sends a signal'

The shrine in Bangkok which was hit by a deadly explosion on Monday has reopened to the public.

At least 20 people died and scores were injured in the attack on the Erawan Shrine, a Hindu site which is also visited by Thai Buddhists.

The BBC's Stephen Evans visited the scene and said the Thai authorities want to "send a signal" that "business goes on".
