Kabul explosion leaves 10 dead

At least 10 people have been killed and 60 injured in an explosion in the diplomatic area of the Afghan capital, Kabul.

A health ministry official said nine Afghans and one foreigner were killed.

Police say it was a suicide attack on a foreign military convoy which was travelling through the area.
