'Possible' N Korea has developed nuclear technology

Respected defence analysts at Jane's say they think it is possible North Korea has successfully designed a nuclear device to fit in an inter-continental nuclear missile.

The country wants to manufacture a re-entry vehicle that can successfully re-enter the atmosphere and deliver its payload almost anywhere in the world.
