N Korea makes nuclear strike pledge

The North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has told a gathering of the political and military elite that the country's nuclear weapons will not be used unless its sovereignty is threatened.

However movement observed at the country's nuclear site appears to be consistent with preparations for another nuclear test.
