Huge vehicle bomb explodes during Kabul morning rush hour

A powerful vehicle bomb hit the diplomatic area of Kabul, close to foreign embassies and the presidential palace, during Wednesday morning's rush hour.

Dozens of people have been killed and at least 350 injured.
