North Koreans applaud latest missile test

North Korea says it has successfully tested a new type of intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) that can reach all of the major cities in the US.

Members of the public in North Korea are consistently loyal to their government when speaking foreign media, so, as expected, they welcomed the news.
