Asma Jahangir: Pakistan has changed but not enough

Pakistan human rights campaigner and pro-democracy activist Asma Jahangir has died at the age of 66.

In a recent interview with the BBC she said women's rights in Pakistan had improved over the decades "but not enough".

She acknowledged that she had encountered "brutal" criticism in her work, but said she was also encouraged by those who supported her.
