India's second wave: 'We were not prepared'

India is being ravaged by a second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is accelerating beyond anywhere else in the world.

In the past 24 hours alone, more than 2,000 people have died and nearly 300,000 new cases have been reported in the country.
