Attack kills 31 in China's Xinjiang region

Thirty-one people have died in a bomb attack in the north-west of China.

Reports said two vehicles drove into a busy market in Xinjiang region and threw explosives into the crowd.

The Ministry of Public Security called it a "serious violent terrorist incident."
