Amnesty's warning to Osborne over China links

UK Chancellor George Osborne is on a controversial trip to Xinjiang - the first government minister from a major Western power in recent years to visit China's troubled western region.

He says he is there to boost trade ties and will not shy away from raising human rights in private.

But Amnesty International accuses him of handing the Chinese a propaganda victory.
