India's train drivers de-stress with yoga

Yoga is often described as a good way to de-stress as well as a good form of exercise. Some employers are also using it as a way to make their staff more efficient and productive.

One such example is the Indian railways. Mumbai's suburban train system is known for being one of the busiest railway networks in the world transporting over 7 million passengers every day.

The drivers of these trains, known as motormen, often work under intense pressure to keep them on time and avoid accidents. So railway authorities have begun yoga sessions for them to help drivers deal with stress.

Here is what one motorman makes of it all.
