Aung San Suu Kyi supporters await her release
Supporters of the Burmese pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi have gathered outside her home and her party's headquarters in Rangoon, in anticipation of her imminent release.
They have been been told that she is likely to be freed from house arrest on 13 November when her latest term of arrest is due to expire.
There has been no official comment by the Burmese authorities but there were reports that documents authorising her release had already been signed.
