Japan nuclear plant 'not health hazardous'

Japan's Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano has said the radiation levels at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant have dropped.

Speaking at a press conference he said the levels at plant, which has suffered a number of explosions in recent days, were not 'health hazardous'.
