IAEA plans high-level nuclear safety meeting

The operators of the Fukushima nuclear plant crippled by the Japanese earthquake and tsunami say highly-radioactive water has for the first time been found outside one of the reactor buildings.

He started by asking him if he believed what he was being told by Tepco and by the Japanese government.
