Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao visits train crash site

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao has vowed to "severely punish" those responsible for a train crash on a viaduct near Wenzhou that killed 39 people.

He made the comments as he visited the scene to lay flowers.

Officials say the accident was caused by design flaws in signalling equipment, but allegations of corruption and lack of transparency have fuelled public anger.
