England's Tuilagi fined £3,000 after ferry jump
England centre Manu Tuilagi was warned by police and fined £3,000 by rugby officials after jumping from a ferry in Auckland on Sunday.
The 20-year-old was detained by police after swimming a short distance to a pier at the ferry terminal.
The Rugby Football Union will carry out a review of England's controversial World Cup campaign before deciding whether Martin Johnson is to continue as manager.
England exited the tournament on Saturday when they were beaten 19-12 by France in the quarter-finals.
