Belarus political activists to go on trial

Belarus is pushing ahead with plans to put on trial more than 30 political activists, including four opposition leaders.

They were arrested in December during protests over the re-election of President Alexander Lukashenko.

The move comes despite international condemnation and the threat of sanctions from the EU.
