France 'cannot cope' with increase in Tunisian migrants

Uprisings in the Arab world have led to large numbers of North Africans fleeing to Europe.

Since January at least 25,000 have arrived in Italy, most from Tunisia, and many of them have now gone north to France.

But the French authorities say they cannot cope with the influx as hundreds of young Tunisian men are now sleeping rough in Paris.
