Norwegian police defend their response to attacks

Police investigating the twin attacks in Oslo have revised down the island killings to 68, but increased the bomb death toll by one to eight.

Representatives of the police force explained what hampered the fatality counting process, during a press conference.

The police's response to the events will be subject to an investigation in the future, it was announced.
